We will be staying in Boerne (pronounced "Bernie") at the Comfort Inn and Suites. The inn is located just off I-10 in Boerne.
We have worked out an group rate for this Porsche Hill Country Rallye event of $79.00 for either a single king bed or 2 queen bed room. $25 per stay extra for a pet. Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations and must identify themselves as being with the PORSCHE HILL COUNTRY Rallye to receive the group rate. The rooms will be released to the public on March 9th at midnight so PLEASE make your reservations prior to that date to insure there is a place for you!

Schedule of Events:
Friday, March 23rd:
4:00pm: Event check in and distribution of registration packets.
5:00pm: Social hour, parking lot, weather permitting.
7:30pm: Informal BBQ dinner.
Saturday, March 24th:
7:30am: Breakfast at the hotel
8:00am: Drivers meeting in the parking lot
8:30am: Driving tour to a cool lunch destination along route with a return to Boerne mid afternoon.
5:00pm: Social Hour, banquet room at the Comdfort Inn. Register for raffle items.
7:30pm: Dinner served, presentations of pictures from current and past events.
8:30pm: Awards and drawings
Sunday, March 25th:
Informal breakfast, pictures, and goodbye wishes. Depart for home in the morning.
Note: Adult beverages are permitted at the hotel banquet room but this years event will be "byob" for both Friday and Saturday evenings.

Remember to mention the Porsche Hill Country Rallye group to get your discounted rate, and book before March 10th, as the block is released to the public and the special rate expires midnight on March 9th.

Ok, now that we've taken care of your hotel room, lets move on to the actual event registration.

Cost: $15 per person
This helps cover registration packets, Friday arrival dinner, and facilities costs. Register you and your car (cars are free to register) once for our vehicle count and each attitional person so we have an accurate head count.

Both men's and women's tees are available this year. Shirts are $25.00 at the event but availability will be very limited and is not guaranteed!

Saturday Banquet:
(Only required if you attend banquet and want to be elligable for drawings)
Cost: $25.00 Per Person
Please register in advance so we can have an accurate count for the caterer. List names for each attendee for your dinner tickets. This also includes tickets for the drawings to be held at the banquet. (must be present to win)
